Eligibility and Consent

Clients must be at least 18 years old. Minors require written parental or guardian consent for any consultation or treatment.
By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Medical Information and Suitability

You must provide full and accurate medical history and disclose all allergies, medications, and health conditions prior to treatment.
Prime Derm reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed medically inappropriate.

Consultations and Treatment Plans

All new clients are required to undergo a consultation prior to treatment.
Treatment plans are personalized and based on clinical evaluation. Results may vary based on individual skin and hair conditions.
Prime Derm does not guarantee outcomes and makes no claim to cure skin/hair conditions.

Bookings, Cancellations, and Refunds

Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Clients must notify at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Payments for consultations and treatments are non-refundable unless medically contraindicated and supported by a written statement from a licensed physician.

Payments and Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Final charges will be confirmed at the time of booking or treatment.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other approved payment methods.

Packages and Promotions

Prepaid packages are valid for 6-12 months (as applicable) from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
Packages and promotional offers are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

All treatments carry inherent risks. By undergoing treatment, clients accept these risks.
Prime Derm will not be held liable for adverse reactions or complications if pre /post care instructions are not followed.
Clients must inform their clinician of any discomfort during procedures.

Privacy and Confidentiality

All client records and personal information are treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Photographs may be taken for documentation and progress tracking, with client These may be used for educational or marketing purposes only with signed release.

Conduct and Safety

Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients.
Prime Derm reserves the right to refuse treatment or ban individuals who exhibit aggressive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and branding on our website or in-clinic material are the intellectual property of Prime Derm and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written consent.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
