3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be booked in advance. Clients are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling should be done at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Prime Derm does not offer refunds for completed services. Refunds for prepaid packages or unused treatments will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the clinic’s discretion.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy. All personal information and medical history shared with the clinic are treated with strict confidentiality. Our privacy policy complies with local healthcare data regulations.

6. Treatment Suitability and Results

The suitability of treatments is determined on a case-by-case basis. Prime Derm reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed medically inappropriate. Results from treatments can vary depending on individual skin type, condition, and lifestyle. We do not guarantee results and are not liable for dissatisfaction resulting from subjective expectations.

Clients agree not to hold Prime Derm or its staff liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from treatments when informed consent has been provided. Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical history, allergies, or medications prior to undergoing any procedure.

8. Conduct Policy

Prime Derm maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff. The clinic reserves the right to deny service and report serious misconduct to legal authorities if necessary.
